An Experiment:
We started making experimental film tests during the first couple days of school. My friend Sam Blumberg and I grabbed a hall pass and went to the second floor of the old building to film my experiment. I thought about different subject matters or shots and ended up filming Sam, backlight from a window on the opposite side of the hallway, walking slowly down.
It fades slowly into a piano, looking as if he is walking on the keys. In the editing phase I used Premiere Pro for the first time. I raised the contrast, darkened the picture, and filtered it to be black and white. The only pet peeve I had was I wish I had shot in slow motion or 60fps. I would love to have had it in slow motion.
I'm going to continue adding to the project.
